【Returns】

・We do not accept exchanges or refunds due to customer convenience.

・Even for defective or problematic products, returns or exchanges will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

1: If damage, malfunction, dirt, or defects occur due to the customer's responsibility after the product arrives.

2: If all accessories or contents are not complete in the customer's possession.

3: If expansion devices have been added, parts replaced, or the product itself modified or adjusted.

4: If more than 3 days have passed since the product arrived.

For internationally shipped products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to differences in image, size, or customer convenience. In the unlikely event that a product is defective, please contact us within 3 days of arrival. We will not be able to assist if the deadline has passed.

【Returns due to Defects】

If the product arrives at your location with damage or stains not described by us, please contact us within 3 days of product arrival.

We will bear the return shipping cost.

After the returned product arrives, we will refund the product price.

【Cancellations】

Cancellations are possible within 30 minutes of placing an order, regardless of the reason. Please contact us via the inquiry form.
