At Mohlong Luxury, we offer a mail-in purchase service that allows you to send us items you wish to sell from the comfort of your home.

Arranging a home appraisal kit
Please send us a list and photos of the items you would like to have appraised via email or LINE.
Based on the list and photos provided, we will send a home appraisal kit to your address. (This includes a cardboard box, a prepaid shipping label, cushioning material, an appraisal request form, plastic bags, etc.)
Shipment of items for appraisal
Please fill out and stamp the appraisal request form, then pack it into a cardboard box along with the items you wish to have appraised, any accessories, and a copy of your identification (the address and name on the ID must match the address and name to which the home appraisal kit was sent) and return it to our shop.
Appraisal
Once your items arrive at our store, our specialized staff will inspect each one within 1 to 2 business days.
After the inspection is complete, we will notify you of the appraised value via your preferred method: email, LINE, or phone.
Bank transfer upon successful purchase / Return shipment if purchase is not completed
If you are satisfied with the appraised amount (purchase agreement reached), we will transfer the payment to your designated bank account by the next business day.
If you wish to have your item(s) returned (purchase agreement not reached), we will ship them to you via courier by the next business day. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

However, please note that if the transaction is not completed, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Rare items, important accessories that prove authenticity, or certificates of appraisal that verify quality can impact the appraisal value.
We kindly ask that you bring any such accessories along with the item whenever possible. (e.g., luxury watches such as Rolex or Patek Philippe, high-end jewelry set with large diamonds, etc.)

Please note that depending on the category or condition of the item, we may be unable to purchase it, so we would appreciate it if you could bring the item in for a consultation.
LINE assessment or photo assessment services are available. Providing images that clearly show the condition and features of the product and its accessories, along with the original purchase price or quotes from other stores, will allow us to provide a more accurate assessment.
Please note that as we cannot provide an exact assessment price without inspecting the item in person, the prices provided via email or LINE should be considered estimates.
