Assessment
We can appraise your items through LINE assessment or photo assessment from the comfort of your home, or via in-store appraisal by visiting our shop or mail-in appraisal by sending your items to us.
※ Please note that LINE and photo assessments provide estimated purchase prices. The final appraisal amount will be provided once the items are formally inspected during in-store or mail-in appraisal.
Purchase
We handle product purchases through in-store purchase or mail-in purchase.
Once you have agreed to the appraisal, please fill out and stamp the purchase request form, present your identification documents, and the purchase procedure will be complete.
Payment
We will pay the appraisal amount once the purchase procedure is complete.
Please note that if the purchase amount is high, we may process the payment via bank transfer.

In principle, no reservation is required. Please feel free to visit us at your convenience between 11:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
However, please note that customers are served in the order of their arrival; making a reservation will ensure a smoother experience.
