Appraisal
We offer appraisals for your items through our LINE appraisal or photo appraisal services that you can use from home, as well as in-store appraisals by visiting us or delivery appraisals by mailing your items to us.
※ Please note that LINE and photo appraisals provide an estimated purchase price. The final appraisal amount will be confirmed when you visit our store or send your items via our delivery service.
Purchase
Items can be purchased via in-store purchase or mail-in purchase.
Once you have agreed to the appraisal, please fill out the required information and affix your seal to the purchase request form, and provide proof of identity to complete the purchase process.
Payment
We will pay the appraisal amount once the purchase process is complete.
Please note that for high-value purchases, we may process payment via bank transfer.

However, as customers are served in the order of arrival, making a reservation will ensure a smoother experience.
It takes approximately 5 to 10 minutes to appraise each item (please note that it may take a little longer for high-value items, items with volatile market prices, or items with limited transaction history).
Our experienced staff will provide you with an appraisal quote on the spot.
If an item is rare, or if you have important accessories that prove its authenticity or quality, such as an appraisal certificate, these can affect the appraisal value.
Please bring any such accessories with you whenever possible.
(Examples: luxury watches such as Rolex or Patek Philippe, high-value jewelry set with large diamonds, etc.)
