We will provide you with an appraisal value for each item.
The appraisal time is approximately 5-10 minutes per item.
* For high-priced items, items with large fluctuations in market price, and items with little trading history, it may take a little longer.
Purchase and payment
If you agree with the appraisal results, please fill in and stamp the necessary information on the purchase request form, present your identification documents, and once the procedure is complete, we will pay you the purchase price.
Please note that if the purchase price is high, we may ask you to pay by bank transfer.

The appraisal value may be affected if the item is rare, if it has important accessories that prove its authenticity, or if there is a certificate of authenticity to prove its quality.
If possible, please bring in the item along with any accessories (e.g. luxury watches such as Rolex or Patek Philippe, expensive jewelry set with large diamonds, etc.).
Generally, no reservation is required. Please come to our store at a time that is convenient for you between 11:00 and 19:00. However, we will serve you on a first-come, first-served basis, so if you make a reservation, we can help you get through more smoothly.
There is no appraisal fee, so please feel free to visit us.
We will purchase 18-karat gold earrings that have been lost or broken necklaces.
