Assessment
We offer appraisal services for your items through LINE assessment or photo assessment, which you can do from home, as well as in-store appraisal by visiting our shop, or mail-in appraisal by sending your items to us.
※ Please note that LINE and photo assessments provide estimated purchase values. The final appraisal amount will be confirmed upon in-store or mail-in inspection.
Purchase
We accept product purchases via in-store purchase or mail-in purchase.
Once you agree to the appraisal results, please fill out and stamp the purchase request form, provide your identification documents, and the purchase process will be complete.
Payment
We will pay the appraisal amount once the purchase process is complete.
Please note that if the purchase amount is high, we may process the payment via bank transfer.

FAQIn principle, reservations are not required. Please feel free to visit us at your convenience between 11:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
However, please note that customers are served in the order of their arrival; making a reservation will allow for a smoother experience.
It takes approximately 5 to 10 minutes to appraise each item (please note that it may take a little longer for high-value items, items with volatile market prices, or items with limited transaction history).
Our experienced staff will provide you with an appraisal amount on the spot.
If an item is rare, or if you have important accessories that prove its authenticity, or appraisal certificates that verify its quality, these may affect the appraised value.
Please bring any accompanying accessories with you whenever possible.
(Examples: high-end watches such as Rolex or Patek Philippe, expensive jewelry set with large diamonds, etc.)
