Assessment
We offer appraisal services for your items via LINE assessment or photo assessment from the comfort of your home, as well as in-store assessment at our shop or mail-in assessment where you send your items to us.
※ Please note that LINE and photo assessments provide estimated purchase prices. The final appraisal amount will be confirmed during the in-store or mail-in assessment process.
Purchase
We purchase products via in-store purchase or mail-in purchase.
Once you have agreed to the appraisal, please fill out the required items on the purchase request form, affix your seal, and present your identification documents to complete the purchase procedure.
Payment
We will pay the appraisal amount once the purchase process is complete.
Please note that if the purchase amount is high, we may process the payment via bank transfer.

Appraisal time is approximately 5–10 minutes per item (though please note that high-value items, items with highly volatile market prices, or items with little trading history may require slightly more time).
Our experienced staff will provide you with an appraisal amount on the spot.
For rare items, essential accessories that prove authenticity, or certificates of appraisal verifying quality, these can impact the appraisal value.
Please bring any accessories with you whenever possible.
(Examples: luxury watches such as Rolex or Patek Philippe, high-value jewelry set with large diamonds, etc.)
