Once you have booked an appraisal, you can bring the items you wish to sell, and we will be happy to perform an appraisal at any time.
Assessment
We can appraise your items through LINE appraisal or photo appraisal which you can do from home, in-store appraisal by visiting our shop, or mail-in appraisal by sending your items to us.
※ Please note that LINE and photo appraisals provide estimated values. The final appraisal amount will be confirmed upon in-store or mail-in inspection.
Presentation of the assessed value
We purchase items either through in-store purchase or mail-in purchase.
Once you agree to the assessment details, please fill out and stamp the purchase request form, present your identification documents, and the purchase process will be complete.
Payment
We will pay the appraisal amount once the purchase process is complete.
Please note that if the purchase amount is high, we may process the payment via bank transfer.
