We will evaluate your items through LINE appraisal or photo appraisal which can be done from home, in -store appraisal where you come to our store, or mail-order appraisal where you send the items to our store.
*LINE appraisal and photo appraisal are estimates of the purchase price. The actual appraisal price will be presented at the time of in-store purchase or mail-order purchase.
Purchase
Products can be purchased in-store or by mail order .
If you agree with the appraisal results, please fill in and stamp the necessary information on the purchase request form, present your identification documents, and the purchase procedure will be complete.
Payment
Once the purchase procedure is complete, we will pay you the assessed amount.
Please note that if the purchase price is high, we may ask you to pay by bank transfer.

FAQGenerally, no reservation is required. Please come to our store at a time that is convenient for you between 11:00 and 19:00.
However, we will serve you on a first-come, first-served basis, so if you make a reservation, we can help you get there more smoothly.
The appraisal time for each item is approximately 5 to 10 minutes (however, it may take longer for high-priced items, items with large fluctuations in market price, or items with a small trading history).
Our experienced staff will give you an estimate on the spot.
The appraisal value may be affected if the item is rare, if it has important accessories that prove its authenticity, or if there is a certificate of authenticity to prove its quality.
If possible, please bring the item together with all its accessories.
(Examples: luxury watches such as Rolex and Patek Philippe, expensive jewelry set with large diamonds, etc.)
