Appraisal
We provide appraisals for your items through LINE appraisals or photo appraisals that you can do from home, as well as in-store appraisals by visiting our shop, or mail-in appraisals by sending your items to us.
※ LINE appraisals and photo appraisals provide estimated purchase amounts. The actual appraisal amount will be provided once more during the in-store or mail-in appraisal process.
Purchase
We purchase products via in-store purchase or mail-in purchase.
Once you have agreed to the assessment, please fill out and stamp the purchase request form, present your identification documents, and the purchase process will be completed.
Payment
We will pay the appraisal amount once the purchase process is complete.
Please note that if the purchase amount is high, we may process the payment via bank transfer.

FAQIn principle, no reservation is required. Please feel free to visit us at your convenience between 11:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
However, please note that customers are served in the order of their arrival; making a reservation will ensure a smoother experience.
It takes about 5 to 10 minutes to appraise each item (please note that it may take a little longer for high-value items, items with volatile market prices, or items with limited trading history).
Our experienced staff will provide you with an appraisal amount on the spot.
Rare items, important accessories that prove authenticity, or certificates of appraisal that verify quality can impact the appraisal value.
Please bring any accessories with you whenever possible.
(Examples: Luxury watches such as Rolex or Patek Philippe, high-value jewelry set with large diamonds, etc.)
