Once you have booked an appraisal, you can bring the items you wish to sell, and we will be happy to perform an appraisal at any time.
Assessment
We offer appraisal services for your items through LINE appraisal or photo appraisal from the comfort of your home, as well as in-store appraisal when you visit us, or mail-in appraisal by sending your items to our shop.
※ Please note that LINE and photo appraisals provide an estimated purchase price. The final appraisal amount will be confirmed during the in-store or mail-in appraisal process.
Presentation of the assessed value
We accept item purchases via in-store purchase or mail-in purchase.
Once you agree to the assessment results, please fill out and stamp the purchase request form, present your identification documents, and the purchase procedure will be complete.
Payment
We will pay the appraisal amount once the purchase process is complete.
Please note that for high-value purchases, we may process payment via bank transfer.
