Generally, no reservation is required. Please come to our store at a time that is convenient for you between 11:00 and 19:00.
However, we will serve you on a first-come, first-served basis, so if you make a reservation, we can help you get there more smoothly.
The appraisal time for each item is approximately 5 to 10 minutes (however, it may take longer for high-priced items, items with large fluctuations in market price, or items with a small trading history).
Our experienced staff will give you an estimate on the spot.
The appraisal value may be affected if the item is rare, if it has important accessories to prove its authenticity, or if there is a certificate of authenticity to prove its quality.
If possible, please bring the item together with all its accessories.
(Examples: luxury watches such as Rolex and Patek Philippe, expensive jewelry set with large diamonds, etc.)
There is no appraisal fee, so please feel free to visit us.
We will purchase 18-karat gold earrings that have been lost or broken necklaces.
Depending on the category and condition of the item, we may not be able to purchase it, so we would appreciate it if you could bring it in and consult with us.
Shipping costs will be covered by Molong Luxury, so please send the item cash on delivery.
However, please note that if the order is unsuccessful, you will be responsible for the shipping costs for the return.
Please use our email or LINE appraisal service. If you can provide us with images that show the condition and characteristics of the product and accessories, the purchase price, and the appraisal price at other stores, we can provide you with a more accurate appraisal price.
Please note that we cannot provide an accurate appraisal price without seeing the actual item, so please consider the appraisal price sent by email or LINE as a guideline.
