In principle, no reservation is required. Please feel free to visit us at your convenience between 11:00 AM and 7:00 PM.

However, please note that customers are served in the order of arrival, so making a reservation will allow for a smoother experience.

The appraisal time per item is approximately 5 to 10 minutes (however, please note that high-value items, items with highly volatile market prices, or items with limited transaction history may require additional time).

A skilled appraiser will provide you with the appraisal value on the spot.

For rare items, essential accessories that prove authenticity, or certificates of appraisal that verify quality, these factors may influence the assessed value.

We kindly ask that you bring any accompanying accessories with you whenever possible.
(Examples: Luxury watches such as Rolex or Patek Philippe, high-value jewelry set with large diamonds, etc.)

There is no charge for appraisals, so please feel free to visit us.

We purchase 18k gold earrings missing their pair, broken necklaces, and more.

Please note that depending on the category or condition of the item, we may be unable to purchase it, so we would appreciate it if you could bring the item in for a consultation.

Morong Luxury will cover the shipping costs, so please send it via cash on delivery.

However, please note that in the event the transaction is not completed, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Please use our email or LINE appraisal services. Providing images that show the condition and features of the item and its accessories, as well as the purchase price or appraisal quotes from other stores, will allow us to provide a more accurate appraisal.

Please note that as we cannot provide an exact appraisal price without inspecting the physical item, the appraisal price provided via email or LINE should be considered an estimate.
