Appraisal
We offer appraisals for your items through LINE assessment or photo assessment, which you can do from home, as well as in-store assessment by visiting our shop, or mail-in assessment by sending your items to us.
※ LINE and photo assessments provide an estimated purchase price. The actual appraisal value will be provided once again during the in-store or mail-in purchase process.
Quotation of the assessed value
We accept item purchases via in-store purchase or mail-in purchase.
Once you have agreed to the appraisal details, please fill out and stamp the purchase request form, present your identification documents, and the purchase process will be complete.
Payment
We will pay the appraisal amount after the purchase procedure is completed.
Please note that if the purchase amount is high, we may process the payment via bank transfer.
